4. Account Registration and Security

To create an Account, You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including Your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must match Your government-issued identification documents. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account login credentials, including Your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong password that combines letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share Your login credentials with any third party.
• Immediately notify spiv2 customer support if You suspect unauthorized access to Your Account.
• Log out of Your Account after each session, especially when accessing spiv2 from a shared or public device.

spiv2 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of Your Account resulting from Your failure to maintain adequate security. All activity conducted through Your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by You, and You will be responsible for all Wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made using Your Account credentials.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of Our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, spiv2 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be required to provide copies of identification documents, proof of address, and/or payment method verification before making withdrawals. Required documents typically include:

5.3 Source of Funds

6. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

To request a withdrawal, Your Account must be fully verified through the KYC process. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. If the original deposit method is not available for withdrawals, spiv2 will work with You to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

Weekend and public holiday withdrawals will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

8. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All Wagers are final once confirmed. It is Your responsibility to ensure that Wagers are placed correctly before confirmation. spiv2 reserves the right to void Wagers in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, or suspicious activity. Voided Wagers will be refunded to Your Account at the original stake amount.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets including football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, and other sports are settled according to official results. Key rules include:

• Asian handicap (voor bola) markets are settled at full-time unless otherwise specified.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; if any selection loses, the entire bet loses.
• Live in-play bets are subject to price changes and may be suspended during critical moments.
• Match postponements or abandonments are handled according to specific sport rules (typically void unless rescheduled within 48 hours).

8.3 Casino Game Rules

Live casino games, slot games, and table games are governed by standard casino rules. Random number generators (RNG) are used to ensure fair outcomes for all non-live games. Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from professional studios, and game results are determined by the dealer's actions.

8.4 Traditional Games

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using bots, automated software, or third-party tools to place Bets

• Using VPNs or proxy servers to mask Your location (if prohibited in Your jurisdiction)
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing spiv2 staff or other Users

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of Funds, and legal action where appropriate.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, spiv2 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use of Our Services
• Losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues
• Losses due to unauthorized access to Your Account resulting from Your failure to maintain security
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate information displayed on the spiv2 website
• Any losses exceeding the amount deposited into Your Account within the preceding 12 months

spiv2 provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by spiv2

spiv2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your Account at any time if we suspect or have evidence of Terms and Conditions violations, fraudulent activity, or any activity that jeopardizes the integrity of Our Services. Upon suspension, all pending Wagers may be voided, and access to Funds may be restricted pending investigation.

11.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close Your Account at any time by contacting Our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining Funds (excluding bonus funds and funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to You via Your preferred withdrawal method. 11.3 Self-Exclusion
